So I get a call from the lovely Jade Dylan to come check out a new property she was considering investing in for her new cam house. She sounded pretty excited to get us on board as investors so I called Johnny Castle and thought we'd at least check it out. When we got there, it was actually pretty sweet. The house was pretty big and Jade gave us a tour we couldn't resist. Jade was dying to get the deal done and I smelled the desperation on her.
